I had looked into Jamorama before but was a bit skeptic about purchasing products online so I decided to take some guitar lessons. Perhaps it was my bad luck but my guitar teacher ripped me off. He charged me $100 upfront and then cancelled 2 weeks worth of guitar lesssons because he had to go on vacation. Then when he came back he was rude with me because I hadn't practiced enough to meet his standards. I was so fed up that I decided to purchase the Jamorama Guitar learning course for less than half of what my guitar lessons were costing me and boy am I glad I did. Nice website. You really helped me make my decision. Although I had some difficulty installing the software at first, once I got it to work it has been fantastic! Jamorama is like a Funorama. I've never had to much fun learning how to play an instrument. Excellent Product.

I bought this product because a friend of mine had mentioned it to me in the past and said it was really good. I really can't say it is a bad product because I have learned a lot. They say Jamorama is better but I think Guitar Tutor Pro can do just the same for a lower cost. Just my 2 cents.

Express Guitar

Finally we come to the Express Guitar package. I will tell you upfront that this guitar learning software is an ebook which is why it received a lower rating than the others. However, as much as I tend to stay away from books, Express Guitar is by far one of the best guitar learning books I have seen because it goes deeper into the guitar world than other books such as tempo and ear training.
Mike Hayes, long time professional guitarist whose instrumental guitar work has been listed in the grammys is the author of Express Guitar. So you know you are getting a quality ebook.
Mr. Hayes teaches you how to practice playing guitar by ear so that you won't have to use the same old tablature or music books everytime you want to play your favorite songs. He also offers some really creative 3D charts and some unique guitar chord diagrams to help you improve your techniques. He also covers the guitar basics, scales, and other practical guitar drills.
While Express Guitar some really good sound and video training clips, they do not compare to the quantity and quality of Jamorama's training videos. However it really is a great guitar book and well reasonably priced.
